Return/Refund-Policy

• If the product is delivered in a damaged condition, the wrong product is sent, the product is in dead condition or defective upon arrival, The buyer will have 72 hours to contact us so that we can help resolve the issue with a replacement. An uncut unboxing video is compulsory to claim for the same.
• The product must be returned to www.improxstore.com  in its original packaging and with all original accessories, with no serial number damage.
• Customers may be asked to send the product back, in case the reverse pick up cannot be honoured due to operational restrictions. Return shipping charges will be reimbursed. note: Before shipping, you have to take confirmation for charges from our team then only ship the products.
• In rare cases, Returns can be allowed with a 5% Charge + with twice the shipping charge if the order is cancelled after shipping. Note: Product must be sealed.
• No returns/refunds/replacements are allowed if you don't like the product or if the seal of the product is opened.
• Please note that certain products on website www.improxstore.com may or may not be eligible for return, replacement, or exchange, as otherwise mentioned against them below. These product is not entitled for returns. In case of any concerns with the product, please reach out to the Brand's Customer care team, customer care details are provided on the product details, on product Packaging. If the product was damaged in transit, or wrong/missing items were delivered, please reach out to Improx Store customer support at support@improxstore.com
• In case of a return/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our location.
• Once the product is received, we will test it and inspect it for any damage caused by misuse, burnouts, or improper handling. If the product is determined to be defective, a new  replacement product will be sent it to you at our expense.
• In case the product isn't available at the time of replacement an alternate will be recommended, or a full refund will be initiated.
